Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. However, some items may be made to order, resulting in a processing time of up to 7 business days. During promotional periods, processing time may also extend to 7 business days. If your order status is marked as “Unfulfilled,” this means we have received your order and are packing it, but it has not yet been shipped.

Free Shipping

USA Shipping: We use UPS for USA orders, including all taxes and customs. Delivery takes 3-5 business days (not including processing time of up to 7 business days).

UK Shipping: We use Evri or UPS for UK orders. Delivery takes 2-3 business days (not including processing time of up to 7 business days), with no tax and duty paid by the receiver.

Australia Shipping: We use UPS and DPD for Australia orders. Delivery takes 3-11 business days (not including processing time of up to 7 business days), with no tax and duty paid by the receiver.

Other Shipping

EU (European Union): We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Delivery takes 2-11 business days with a standard rate of $20.00 (not including processing time of up to 7 business days). There may be customs and import taxes.

Rest of the World: We ship to United Arab Emirates, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, and Singapore. Delivery takes 3-17 business days with a standard rate of $30.00 (not including processing time of up to 7 business days). There may be customs and import taxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

L.A. Rush covers customs and import fees for orders shipped to the USA, UK, and Australia. For other regions, L.A. Rush is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

L.A. Rush is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
